Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA)
We are looking for a BCBA/BCaBAs to join our team and work with our students to help them identify and correct problematic behaviors. BCBA/BCaBA responsibilities include meeting with patients to observe their behaviors, determine skill deficits, and formulate behavior plans based on student's needs.
Responsibilities
-
Create simulated conditions where you will observe the behavior of each client

Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs

Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed
-
Suggest additional treatment by other professionals as required
-
Operate within time, financial, and other resource constraints
-
Remain abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices
-
Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society

Requirements and skills
-
Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role
-
Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures
-
Excellent verbal and report writing skills
-
Calm, empathic, and patient nature
-
The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress
-
Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Under the direction of a BCBA or BCaBA, the RBT provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, clinic, community, and school settings.
Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, clinic, and community settings

Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials; treatment protocols

Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software
-
Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations

Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as required
-
Communicate effectively with the BCBA regarding learner's progress
-
Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed
-
Track supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the regulatory body to maintain the certification
-
Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code

Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies

Adhere to time and attendance policies and maintain a record, in good standing, of regular and reliable attendance and punctuality, to provide quality and consistent patient care

Adhere to our policies and procedures

Qualification
-
Must have current/active RBT certification
-
High School Diploma
-
The desire to work with children
-
Must have reliable transportation to and from work location
